We are looking for a dedicated Administrator / Receptionist to join our Elections and Registration Service, providing high-quality support to both Registrars and clients. You will play a key role in ensuring a first-class registration service, aligning with relevant legislation, core principles, and Council objectives.
As one of the first points of contact within our Registrars Service, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling inquiries with professionalism, and ensuring clear and polite communication at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative and reception support to the Registrars team
- Communicating information effectively and courteously to clients
- Managing and prioritising tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
About You

- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to balance multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all administrative duties are handled efficiently
Working Hours & Salary
- Saturdays only – 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (7.2 hours per week)
- Salary – Pro-rated accordingly
