About you
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic newly qualified social workers who are looking to start their careers in a OUTSTANDING local authority. Key Responsibilities

Provide regular supervision, guidance, and support to approved foster carers.

Complete statutory visits, annual foster carer reviews, and quality assessments.

Safeguard children by identifying and responding to risk, concerns, and allegations.

Contribute to placement stability, matching, and support planning.

Maintain accurate, timely case recording and reports.

Work collaboratively with children’s social workers, partner agencies, and fostering panel.

Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in fostering practice.

Participate in out-of-hours duty/rotas as required.
