  • About the role

  • At Hillingdon Council, we aren’t just restructuring and changing titles; we are fundamentally changing the way we deliver our services. We are looking for a Leasehold and Home Ownership Manager  to deliver an excellent, resident-focused  service in a new era for income management in the service.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for supporting residents to pay their Service Charges and Home Ownership through a fair, supportive and enabling approach. Your mission is to help transform the service into one where people-skills are just as important as following clear regulatory and best practice processes. We are looking for partners in this journey, who can identify, reach out and connect residents to a wide variety of support services. We need high-performing people who can deliver excelling performance not just through metrics, but by instilling a culture where every decision puts positive results for the council and residents at the heart of what we do. Income is the lifeblood of the service and helping residents manage their finances is our goal. If you are ready to be part of the future of our income service, we want to hear from you.

In return, we offer you a real future. Housing is a career with lots of diverse options and paths to take. We will invest in you to achieve your potential, and ensure you are supported in your personal development with options like Multiverse courses and a CIH qualification.
