    Hillingdon YJS benefits from a diverse and co-located team of specialists, including Speech and Language Therapists, CAMHS professionals, Liaison and Diversion staff, Education and Participation Officers, and Substance Misuse workers — providing truly holistic rehabilitation under one roof.

    About You

    We are seeking a passionate and innovative Restorative Justice Officer to lead on the delivery of restorative justice and victim-focused work across our service.

    In this role, you will:

    • Design and implement bespoke reparation projects that make a meaningful contribution to the local community

    • Deliver restorative justice interventions for children and those harmed by crime, in line with the Code of Practice for Victims of Crime

    • Support positive outcomes through creative and tailored approaches

    • Work collaboratively within a strong multi-agency framework
