Looking for a rewarding opportunity with one of London’s most innovative and award-winning Youth Justice Services?
At Hillingdon Youth Justice Service (YJS), we’re proud to have one of the lowest First Time Entrant rates both regionally and nationally — a testament to our commitment to early intervention and effective rehabilitation.
Our vision is clear:
“Youth crime is prevented because we, as a service, deliver positive and effective interventions which enable children to lead constructive and socially responsible lives.”
We’re a dedicated, enthusiastic, and multi-disciplinary team making a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adolescents involved in the criminal justice system — and we’d love you to be part of it.
Don’t just take our word for it. Here’s what young people and families have told us:
-
“My son is so much more focused now — all down to you.”
-
“I wish we had the services that the YJS have given us sooner — you’ve changed our lives.”
-
“If it wasn’t for my case manager, I’d still be offending.”
Hillingdon YJS benefits from a diverse and co-located team of specialists, including Speech and Language Therapists, CAMHS professionals, Liaison and Diversion staff, Education and Participation Officers, and Substance Misuse workers — providing truly holistic rehabilitation under one roof.
