Are you an experienced supervisor looking for an opportunity to lead a dedicated caretaking team? We are seeking a Caretaking Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day delivery of our Caretaking Service, ensuring high standards, excellent customer service, and continuous service improvement.
As a Caretaking Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of caretakers, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with our Landlord Estate Standards. You will play a key role in staff development, service planning, and operational coordination, while also maintaining strong communication with residents and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the caretaking team, ensuring performance targets are met.
- Conduct regular spot checks and oversee daily operations to maintain service standards.
- Manage staffing levels, including agency workers, to meet service demands.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations and council policies are followed.
- Respond to resident inquiries and assist in resolving complaints.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to plan and allocate resources effectively.
- Contribute to service improvement initiatives and change programs.
