  • Are you passionate about making a lasting difference in the lives of children and young people with complex needs?

    We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated, and resilient individual to join our team as Residential Support Worker, providing specialist, round-the-clock support for children and young people who have a wide range of physical, learning, sensory, and/or complex health needs, including social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) difficulties.

    About You

    We’re looking for individuals who can bring:

    • A strong understanding of child and adolescent development.

    • The ability to form and maintain positive, professional relationships with children and young people.

    • Emotional resilience and the capacity to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.

    • A flexible and team-oriented approach, with the ability to lead a shift when required.

    • Experience working with young people in a residential, care, or youth work setting (desirable but not essential).

    • A commitment to undertaking the Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or already hold it).

    You’ll also need:

    • Excellent communication and report writing skills.

    • The ability to work in partnership with families and professionals.

    • A willingness to work unsociable hours, including weekends and holidays, and participate in sleep-ins as required.

    • A full driving licence (desirable).
