    • Supporting residents and providers to sustain accommodation successfully
    • Maintaining oversight of operational performance, workflows and compliance requirements
    • Managing safeguarding concerns and ensuring risks are appropriately addressed
    • Monitoring property standards and service quality across accommodation providers
    • Using performance data and insight to drive continuous improvement and strengthen outcomes
    • Supporting cost-effective use of temporary accommodation and efficient placement management

This is a fast-paced operational leadership role requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to maintain control within a high-demand environment.

    • Contribute to the effective use of temporary accommodation
    • Support MTFS delivery through effective placements and service management

    About You

We are looking for a confident, delivery-focused leader who can manage complexity while maintaining high standards.

    You will bring:

    • Experience within housing, accommodation or tenancy management services
    • Knowledge of property standards, compliance and safeguarding
    • Experience managing placements, accommodation providers or housing services
    • A track record of improving operational performance and service quality
    • Strong leadership, problem-solving and organisational skills
    • The ability to manage risk, performance and accountability effectively

    We want leaders who:

    • Take ownership and deliver outcomes
    • Maintain high standards and attention to detail
    • Build effective relationships with residents and providers
    • Are committed to safe, high-quality accommodation for residents

    • Strong leadership support and development opportunities
    • Flexible and modern working arrangements
