We are offering a part-time opportunity to join our Universal Offer – Hillingdon Youth Offer, working 9 hours per week as part of our Southwest Locality Team.
Our Universal Offer runs throughout the year and across the borough, providing a wide range of youth work activities and opportunities for children and young people. The work pattern includes evening and weekend sessions, as well as occasional residential work, to meet the needs of our communities.
As a Programme Delivery Worker, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, consistent youth work through locality-based, detached, outreach, and accredited programmes. You’ll work closely with statutory, community, and voluntary partners to create safe, engaging, and inclusive spaces that encourage personal and social development, help young people make informed choices, and promote respect and understanding of diversity.

About you
We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about working with children and young people, with a positive, holistic, and empowering approach to youth work.
You’ll have experience of engaging with young people in community, education, or youth settings, whether formally or informally, and a strong understanding of the challenges young people face today.
You’ll bring energy, empathy, and creativity to your work, and be comfortable engaging with diverse groups, including those who are hard to reach or vulnerable.
No specific qualification is required, training will be provided as part of your induction. A willingness to learn and a genuine commitment to supporting young people’s growth and wellbeing is essential.
