The award-winning AXIS service provides targeted support to children, young people, and their families who are at risk of offending and/or vulnerable to exploitation. As a Caseworker, you will play a key role in delivering and coordinating personalised, evidence-based interventions with the aim of de-escalating issues of concern and achieving sustainable, positive change.

This is a role where you can make a real difference - helping children and young people change direction and reach their potential.

    What you’ll be doing

    • Delivering tailored, evidence-based interventions to children, young people, and their families.

    • Coordinating support plans that address risks such as exploitation, offending, and other contextual safeguarding concerns.

    • Building strong, trusting relationships with service users and partner agencies.

    • Supporting sustainable change by empowering children, young people, and families to make positive decisions.

    • Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes.

    About you

We’re looking for someone who is:

    • Passionate about supporting children, young people, and families.

    • Experienced in delivering interventions within safeguarding, youth justice, or family support.

    • Skilled in building relationships, engaging hard-to-reach groups, and promoting resilience.

    • Able to adapt approaches to meet the diverse needs of children and families.

    • A strong communicator, with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

    Why join us?

    • Be part of an award-winning service that is recognised for innovation and impact.

    • Opportunity to shape interventions that truly change lives.

    • Work alongside a supportive and dedicated multi-disciplinary team.

    • Access to training, professional development, and career progression opportunities.
