We are looking for an organised and proactive Senior Case Co-Ordinator to support the day-to-day running of LINK counselling and provide operational and project support across the Hillingdon Youth Offer and Youth Justice Service.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you will coordinate administrative and case support functions, oversee service processes, and help ensure services run efficiently and effectively. You will play a key role in supporting operational teams, managing workflows, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to service development within Adolescent Development Services.
The role also includes line management responsibilities for Case Co-Ordinators and volunteers, helping to build a flexible, skilled and resident-focused team that delivers high-quality support to children, young people and families across the borough.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Case Co-Ordinator, you will:

Coordinate the day-to-day running of LINK counselling services and support wider Youth Offer and Youth Justice Service projects

Manage and support a technical administrative team with varying service responsibilities

Coordinate volunteers, including inductions, placements and ongoing support

Act as a key point of contact for enquiries from residents, partner agencies, Councillors and internal teams

Support operational managers to ensure compliance with corporate policies, safeguarding responsibilities and GDPR requirements

Coordinate meetings, agendas, reports, minutes and follow-up actions across service areas

Maintain and develop administrative systems, case management processes and service records

Assist with project management activities, ensuring work is delivered within agreed timescales and budgets

Monitor workloads, prioritise tasks and escalate resource pressures where necessary

Support financial administration including budget tracking, spreadsheets, referrals and reporting

Contribute to service improvement initiatives, policies and process development
