    WHAT DOES A LEAD PROGRAMME DELIVERY WORKER DO AT HILLINGDON?

     

    We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive delivery worker to join our established team. We are offering a fixed term part time position working 18 hours per week within the Targeted Team - Hillingdon Youth Offer. Our offer runs throughout the year and across the whole of the borough of Hillingdon. Work patterns include evening shifts, afternoon shifts, weekend shifts, and occasional residential work. The salary advertised will be on a pro-rata basis dependent on hours worked/agreed..

     

    The Targeted team works with children and young people to deliver high quality, consistent youth work through targeted programmes across the borough in collaboration with the statutory, community and voluntary sector. Our work is responsive to need, supports aspiration and is offered in safe spaces and places. Our work delivers opportunities that promote personal and social development, encourage children and young people to make informed choices and respect and value difference.
